Returns

Aiaiai Australia offers a 7 day return policy from receipt of purchase. (Please note that this excludes sale/discount items and bulk purchases) If you would like to exchange or return your product for a refund please contact us at within 7 days.

Refunds and exchanges for change of mind will only be offered on goods returned within 7 days, unopened and unused with all original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling expenses and assumes responsibility for the goods until received by Aiaiai Australia. Please return items using a trackable service as Aiaiai Australia will not compensate for products that have been lost during return shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account, which has been used when ordering, and will be processed within one week after having received the returned item.

Warranties

Aiaiai Australia offers a three year limited warranty on all AIAIAI products which is valid from the date of original purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Aiaiai Australia will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion if returned within the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, use contrary to instructions in the product manual or unauthorised disassembly. You will void your warranty if you drop your headphones or dip them in water.

To make a warranty claim please contact us at service@aiaiai.com.au. We will respond by email within 2 business days (Mon-Fri except for public holidays) and advise of the appropriate course of action. Should your product not be covered by our warranty, we will inform you and do what we can to help resolve the problem.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Aiaiai Australia shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of their products. This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.

Incorrect deliveries

We do our utmost to ensure that the correct item reaches you as quickly as possible, but sometimes mistakes can occur. If you believe you have received the wrong item please contact us immediately at service@aiaiai.com.au. We will provide reply paid postage for incorrectly delivered goods.
